Returns and Refunds

Books
You can return any print book within 30 days of the day it was delivered. The book needs to be unread and in the condition it arrived in.
Email [email protected] with your order number and we will reply with the return address. You pay the return postage. There is no restocking fee. Once the book is back with us, we refund the full price to your original payment method within 7 business days.
If your book arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong one, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no charge. You do not need to send the damaged copy back.
We do not exchange books. Return the book for a refund and place a new order.
Shirts, hoodies, mugs and caps
Every shirt, hoodie, mug and cap is printed or embroidered after you order it. So we cannot take returns or exchanges for a wrong size, a different colour, or a change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, or it is not what you ordered, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, at no charge. You do not need to send the item back.
If your package never arrives, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will replace or refund it.
If a package comes back because the address was wrong or it was not collected, we will email you. Sending it out again costs the shipping charge.
Digital downloads
A download is delivered the moment you pay, so digital purchases are not refundable. If a file will not download or open, email us and we will fix it.
